I'm a career man

See, day one.. work, day two also work.. HMM day three? work!! Next thing I know I'll be married and have kids! ahhaha.. Okey, maybe not so in the near future. I've been workin' in my dad's office for the past three days now, nothing much just that 'someone' requested/told/duressed me into posting another err post.

Okey, Day 1. I wore ALL black. Kinda 'sui' la right? But who cares? Combed my fucked hair like a retard only.. hahaha! So my agenda on the first day was to do some research for my dad. It was a case on unlawful dismissal and it was hell of a fun doing research(with dad's guidance though). Stupid thing was my dad already knew about the principles of law but he just wanted me to sharpen my research skills. Research was initially fuckin scary la. Cuz having to go through a library of books is fucked but dad narrowed down the research for me- 1997 onwards. So I had to look at books from then onwards lorh. There was this principle laid down in 1997 and I had to check the law reports to see if the principle still stands as of today. MAN it was fun, I had to read the 'statement of case' sent by the Plaintiff's solicitors. Oh, statement of case is much like statement of claim but just that its termed differently in an industrial court. So it was damn fuckin fun finding principles to counter and then later draft as the 'statement of reply'. Honestly, dad knew everything that I had found so I didn't do much, kinda syok sendiri la. BUT I did find one principle which my dad didn't consider. Some case la and he said 'Very Good' and tht just made my day la. FUYOH! haha.. After that I went for some meetings with some clients of my dad's. Laffed at some funny people eg: A guy trying to 'kao' a girl in the lift(couldn't help laffing) and this guy who came over to the office and doesn't stop flinching and shit. Chinamen contractors are dumb la!! Some don't hav contracts, some don't keep track of their business, no invoices and receipts and what not. HAHAHA!

Day 2. Urm, I went to the Petaling Land Office.. Saw how wills are carried out. U know, lawyers earn dirty money. They get the work, they don't do anything except read what happened and what not, their clerks draft the relevant documents and the lawyer goes to the place where the thing is done and they get money in the bank(Non-case matter just some legal procedural work for clients). It's stupid that clients pay so much for the service of a lawyer but then again, I won't complain hahahahaha... Then after that, went for a zillion and one meetings. Oh, there was this case(dad told me not to reveal names) where the bank wanted to sell shares to these ppl and they were given a specified time to purchase them. Keep in mind these assholes were buying a few 100 million worth of shares k. They bought the shares after the time lapse or smth like that and sold it to this other person. U know what, this case is super complicated and I wouldn't wana elaborate cuz the guy who bought the shares after that also is a crook and shit. FUck it LArh! Damn long story and winding and twisting la. So this mafuckin case has been going on for like 6-7 years and my dad's client came into the scene like 4 yrs ago. My dad's client is intervening into the case btwn the two parties. Man, its harder to explain than I thought. LOL. Yeah, it was a long day with ALOT of meetings.

Day 3. Lemme see, what did I do today? Oh man, today was a bloody tiring and hectic and mafuckin busy day. Someone was on the other hand making new frens with hot guys with British accents hahahahahahahahaa.. and yeah, I'm pretty damn sure when he asked you that question he was inquiring availability ade. HAHAHA. So I went for this meeting about this dispute la. So here's what I gathered from reading the documents prior to the meeting. A developer was given work from the State and the developers hired Contractors A to do the work. Contractors B were sub-contractors and these contractors were hired with permission from the Land Office. Then Contractors A couldn't finish the work and Contractors B were owed money by them. Contractors B who my dad was acting for took action to wind up the company. Here, winding up a co is like pronouncing a company dead la. So the Contractors A had to pay the sum owing to Contractors B in 21 days(all pre-fixed one) or they will be insolvent and then wound up by the courts. Trick is, the parties taking action to wind up a company do not actually want to wind up the company but they actually want the company to pay them. By paying them they show that they're company have money and are solvent, thus they do not need to be wound up. So... mafuckin long story like hell.. U ask me larh! HAHAHA.. Explain oso damn fuckin long ade. The meeting was fuckin fiery like hell with ppl shouting and fuck. It was awesome! LOL.. Had a few other meetings and drafted a few million documents. DAMN!! Someone on the other hand went for a party and then for dinner in KLCC. Did not reply some of my msgs but I can understand why la.. HOT guys arh? HAHAHAHA excusable excusable.. =P

Oh, I' gettin sleepy. Someone better call me before I fall asleep! xP Nitezzz yall. Going to court to file a few things tomorrow.. OMFg dead tired man. No wonder pandas are on the brink of extinction la! Didnt I tell you? Pandas are growin smaller in number cause they die of exhaustion. Shittsss am I fuckin next?? ok, tht was just so fuckin lame I feel like hittin myself wid a hammer. HAHAHA NITEEEEEEEEEEEEE
